FAQs
AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULING Explained:
I provide reliable flexible planned scheduling...
I'm flexible to schedule appointments everyday generally between 10 a.m. starting time and 10 p.m. closing time (sometimes as early as 9:30 a.m. or as late as 11:30pm).  It is therefore best to sort out & set aside my schedule's availability within the context of the client's availability.  Most of my availability is based on prior advance notice; my schedule can be booked up anywhere from 1.5 to 72 hours in advance.
"Can I arrive early or late for my appointment?"
It's best for clients should plan to arrive at my door at the time their appointment.
It's reasonable to aim for arriving in your vehicle within a 10 minute bracket - of 5min before to 5min after - of your scheduled appointment time.

Clients arriving early may text of their early arrival and wait for my text reply before coming to my door before their appointment time.

It's helpful for clients running more than 5min late to text (or call) to let me know they're running behind with ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).

I'll be ready at the time of your appointment.
If I'm running early or late, I'll text (or call) to let you know.
Tipping ("Am I supposed to tip?")
Tips are never expected; any additional support is always helpful and appreciated if desired.
What I charge is all I need or require; anything more is gravy.
Tip quotes:  "Gratuity means gratitude."  "The best tip you can give is your appreciation & repeat business."

"[But] is tipping different when going to a place like Massage Envy than to someone who works for them self?"
No, as a matter of perspective...  Even though self-employed massage therapists get 100% of their clients' payment, they also carry the similar responsibilities & expenses as massage establishments that the employees do not (such as advertising, cleaning, inventory, administration, liability, etc.).
"Where is your store or company's office?" or "What kind of business location is this?"
I am a single independent practitioner working from a private residential office inside of a gated community behind the Fountains off hwy 59 in Stafford.

In order to better serve my clients, I want to manage all aspects of my business as effectively & efficiently as possible.  And nothing accomplishes this as well - from the capabilities of just one person - as using a residential-style space for a dedicated massage spa.
"What do I do during the massage?"
Nothing... Relax, breath, and let your body go as if you are deep asleep.
Moving around, holding your breath, talking with your hands or body, and anticipating the massage therapist's moves or trying to assist = are all actions that undermine the full potential of your massage.  The massage therapist will instruct you specifically if any of your assistance is needed.
"Can I bring a friend, partner or family member?"
Yes, absolutely.
Though, they would have to be present in the same room as the massage (they could sit at my desk) - as the other only available room would be the bath/laundry/shower room.
"Is there pets?"
Yes. There is Rebel (rescue dog) - prescribed as a doctor certified Emotional Support Animal, and they are there for emotional support to myself and clients.
For clients who are not dog-friendly, there are separate areas both inside and outside for Rebel to be.
Notice to clients who have mild-severe allergies to dogs & cats:
The animals are groomed & bathed regularly, the space is regularly dusted, vacuumed, mopped & sanitized, air filters are changed regularly and air purifiers are used in each room.
Where severe allergies are present, both animals can be removed from the treatment area prior to and during the session.
